Arrogance

.

.

Honesty

separates

self esteem

from

arrogance.

.

.

To display an overbearing sense of superiority is true sign of arrogance.

You must earn the respect of others, you do not demand respect from them.

Be self confident, not presumptuous.

Do not make assumptions, be willing to say, " I do not know."

Most importantly, say that you would be willing to learn.

Arrogance is a lot of smoke being generated by ego maniacs

who are trying to hide an inferiority complex.

Your Higher Power did not place you or any other soul into this world

to be a slave to another's false ego.

Arrogance is a dishonest act.

"Early in life I had to choose between honest arrogance
and hypocritical humility.
I chose the former and have seen no reason to change.” ~ Frank Lloyd Wright

I you've got it, flaunt it.

Take pride in being the best person that you can be.

It takes knowledge, understanding, and a whole list of other good virtues

for a person to become a leader.

Arrogance is not a good virtue.

Not everyone is a leader, but everyone is a teacher.

Those who are not arrogant are willing to learn from everyone,

both the young and the old, the smart and the dumb,

the leader and the follower.

The will of your Higher Power is given to you by those people and things

that are put into your life.

"The insufferable arrogance of human beings to think
that Nature was made solely for their benefit,
as if it was conceivable that the sun had been set afire
merely to ripen men's apples and head their cabbages." ~ Cyrano de Bergerac

Every soul has God like qualities, only the arrogant believe

that they are the only ones to have been so blessed.

Today, for the benefit of others, wear your God given talents

as a badge of honor.

Today, earn your respect by honestly being yourself.

Today, do not presume or assume.

Today, be a friend so you can have a friend.

Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly

and trust in our Creator who loves us.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
